Windows XP Crashing constantly, randomly

I have this issue with a Windows XP computer that crashes all the time, for no apparent reason or pattern. It's a new OS installation and it did the same thing to some extent before I reinstalled Windows. It's probably a hardware error, but the only thing I can think of is RAM and memtest checks out fine. I also made sure that the CPU isn't overheating.

It's a 2005-era Compaq PC with an AMD Sempron 64 2800+ and 2.5GB of DDR RAM.

I attached an HTML report of all the minidumps, notice it's never a consistent bugcheck code or driver causing it.

Yes, that power supply or the motherboard caps could be tired... Do you see any exploded or bulging caps near or around the CPU?
