windows xp customize folder

  1. is there a way to change the text color in a windows xp folder? I was able to do it in win2k. I just found out how to change the back ground picture, but that does not help much if I cant change the filename text color.

    Folder Customizing

    How do you customize your backround pictures. I use to have all my folders in Win2000 with diff backround pictures. Never did find a easy way to do it in WinXP. I asked on here a couple years back but the way that was told to me was fairly involved so I never bothered with trying. Perhaps you have found a more simple approach? Thanks
