Windows XP - Installer runs when loading Office

Everytime I open up a Microsoft app., like Microsoft Excel, the "Installer" to install office always run, and I have to click cancel like 3 times.

Anyone know what's wrong?

I've personaly seen this happen often with pirated versions, I'm not sure why. Not insinuating anything here, just what i've observed.
