Hey, I was scrolling htrough fixes on Google when I came accross this forum and decided to try my luck here...

I've been having computer resets on my XP for the last month and i was wondering how i could get a quick diagnostic for it...

When Windows reboots up after it shuts down it gives me the Critical Error message and gives me:

BCCode : 100000d1 BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

C:\DOCUME~1\Alex\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER3739.dir00\sysdata.xml

I have run Memtest overnight after the first signs of trouble and it only found 1 problem after running the test through multiple times....
A friend of mine ran the test and he found 60 problems and never has the computer resets that I do.

any help is appreciated.

System specs would be nice. Could be Harddrive problem. Also, try reinstalling winXP or whatever operating system you have. 'SYSDATA' is obviously system data, so it could have an error or may be corrupt.
