Windows XP stuck in start up loop.

My computer is stuck in start up mode.
When I turn it on it comes to that safe mode screen printed below.
I have tried selecting all the options but the system goes thru some steps and then comes back to this page. I have tried starting with my crash disk and it goes thru the motions and tells me to reboot... when I reboot it comes back to the following screen. I try all modes and it always brings me back to this screen.
I tried setting the date back a week on my crash disk but it still sends me to that page.
What now?

You either have a hardware problem, a driver problem, or some sort of infestation. Disconnect or remove everything you can to take the computer back to the most basic configuration to see if that changes anything.
Then you might want to remove one memory module, then put it back, and remove the other. The idea is to keep changing the configuration until it starts working properly. Once you get it running, go to Device Manager within Hardware in System of the Control panel to see if you have any flags for bad drivers.
