Windows XP unable to boot after new ram install

  1. Hi,

    I need help here.

    Mainboard - Asus P4R800-V Deluex
    Memory - Kingston KVR333X64C25K2/2G total of 4pices (1GB each)
    O/S - Windows XP Pro
    Harddisk - Seagate IDE 200GB running on IDE raid0+1 (mirroring)
    CPU - Intel 3.0GHz processor
    1 floppy and 1 Cd-rom drive. Graphics & Audio are all on-board


    After install the new ram install running fine for a few around 6hr with a few time rebooting and even shutdown and restart.

    out of the blue after a shutdown and restart appears
    \windows\system32\config\system

    I have this happen before believe me it can be repir using the recovery console for my case.
