It's as simple as that! Windows will recognize and somewhat use my 256MB DDR RAM but will not use more than around 85 of it! WHY NOT!? I've had this problem for three days now and I can't figure out what caused it and how to fix it. It's a custom PC so something may have accidentally been configured wrong. I can't understand though why Windows cannot allocate more than 60 to 85MB of RAM for use. Is there anyway to fix this.

    What do you mean?
Explain how you have come to the conclusion that Windows in unable to use all of your RAM?

    PS
If this is a joke, then it's a really old one.

I want more details on what is happening.. Perhaps HOW you came to the conclusion that Windows is only using 80mb of your memory.

Also, a better description of how it isn't using it might be useful.

Maybe Windows require 80MB only to run? Isn't it good to have more free resources?

    Something related to Memory Hole?

    Just a suggestion.
