WinMgmt.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to rest

I have tried deleting the file and restarting the computer as someone has said in one of the previous topics. Well that did not work and I need some help with this please. Thank you.

Note: I copied and pasted this from someone elses message so that you know that they are not the only one having problems.
