I'm having trouble using winrar. How is it possible to make files as big as 163mb into smaller files, maybe as 2 for example say each about 90mb or something along those region
Any help would be appreciated

In the lower left corner in the new archive dialog, you have a "split to volumes" box. Use any or the predefined selections or type in your own.
