Winternals and usb support

Hello Everyone,
I just joined and the place looks great. Ok.

I'm having problems with Winternals. Sandisk micro usb drive isn't detected after booting Winternals.
I have no usb support. I've tried F6 but I need the txtsetup.oem files which I don't have. Can someone give me a hand here. What files do I need?

Usb Support... On Winternals

Has anyone run into this kind of situation?
Please help... need to recover information off harddrive.

Random black screen, prior to BOOT of XP

This "Random Black Screen" occurs on a number of bootups of my own PC.

I often notice, (if i am very close to the monitor) there is a faint picture of the WINDOWS boot logo (Bootscreen) in the background, that then resolves into the bright Boot screen, after a short period of time, normally under 30 seconds)

I am not really sure if this is failing hardware, cos i have had it only on desktop systems, and my recent graphics cards are GeFrce7 7800GT, and a ATI X1950, ( nothing failing on those yet! )

I will try and find out about this, but it is simply a tempemental issue for me!, not critical
