WinXP Pro SP2 BSOD / System Failure

Just reformated my pc, WinXP SP2 and all of a sudden, getting reboots. I stopped the auto restart on system failure, and now im getting blue screens.

Anyone know whats wrong? Here are the dumps, compressed into 2 zips.

p.s. in future can you please attach logs, dumps etc as attachments (here are some instructions - they're for hijack this logs but you will be able to tell what bits are applicable) thanks

My Specs :
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+
Asus A8N-SLi Premium
1024mb Kingston DDR 400 RAM
Western Digital 80gb SATA, WD 20gb PATA slave.
ATI Radeon x550SE
Temps are decent i think, ranging from 40 - 46C
Vcore 1.31v,
+3.3, at 3.31v
+5.0, at 5.03v
+12.0, at 11.84v
Fan at 5818RPM.

I did memtest earlier and it passed.

Download the western digital drive diags and run them - first thing to check after the RAM is the hard drive. PSU looks OK so far.
