WinXP re-format issue.

My uncle dropped off his XP & his comp with me asking me to reformat it, after first backing up all his data. So I did, but his PC uses 2 Sata drives seen as ONE, putting the XP disc in & booting it up seemed normal but it showed NO drives. Neither did the Bios. The 2 Sata drives that make up 1 uses RAID that is detected after the BIOS.

What can I do to format & put a fresh copy of XP on it?

you need to load the drivers right after bios boot. it will ask you to press some key to load the drivers.

Hmm yeah just tried it, asked me to pop in a floppy disc with the files so I downloaded it off the Asus site, it seemed to find it but when I get to the HD selection the drives are still missing D:
