I have WINXP PRO and for the past couple of months when I go to "Log Off"
-> "Switch User", after the new user's desktop loads suddenly the screen goes black and the computer reboots. When I logon again as the original user I get the "windows recovered from a serious error / send error report" box. I've been putting up with this but I accidentally clicked Gretchen's logon name
when I was returning from the screensaver (it makes you logon again)
and the computer restarted and I lost what I was working on. There are
3 users: "Jonathan", "Gretchen" and "Guest". The computer name is GRETCHEN. I saved some of the recent minidump error messages and all that stuff, thanks in advance for reading this:
