With FX5200 machine didnt bootup

i have CONQUERER FX 5200 AGP 128 MB RAM, it was working fine since last week, now when i turn off machine, machine want boot up.

i have 1 cd write and 1 DVD writer, have 2 hard drive in CPU, my mobo is chaintech i dont have exact no i will get it by evening.

this card was working fine since last week as i mention, now when i power on CPU green light on both CD drive is solid green, hard drive is not spinning CPU fan and fan on display card is running,i dont get any beep for display card and i dont have integrated display card in my mobo. have 350 W power supply.

i have tried with simple 8MB PCI display card my machine is working fine, i am using that way, but for my TV tuner and video application i need fx5200 back.

any help will appriciated.

Sounds like have a dead card. If farily new might try to return or RMA it or maybe be time to upgrade a bit. I don't know how much you can still find 5200, but a 6200 is supposed to be basically the same card just a generaion newer. Might still work for you.
