WMM ( Windows Movie Maker ) ERROR!

I am getting really mad because everytime i try to open Windows Movie Maker an error pops up and it says it needs to close, then gives me the choice to send error report. I need to fix this NOW! Or if there is a freeware Video editing software i could use and could get videos compatible for Youtube.

Are you fully updated using Microsoft or Windows Update? Are you using XP, SP2? You can always do a Google search using "freeware video editing"...
