Wms idle?

ok so it is me once again. and yes i am having a problem. Ok so when i go to shutdown, I get this ending program message saying Ending Program: WMS IDLE. it is the message on shutdown that usually says, to end this program immediately click ok. I did happen to come up a forum with this topic that mentioned something about nero causing the problem.
Oh yeah My machine:

Dell Latitude 620
Intel Centrino
1.0GB ram
1.0Mhz
WinXp
Intel 945gm chipset

Yeah I know it is a Dell, But never failed me yet.

Do you have Nero installed on your system? If so, try this:

Open Nero Scout by clicking Start > Programs > Nero > Tools > Nero Scout

On the window at the top left, uncheck "Enable Nero Scout". Close Nero Scout and restart your system. Try shutting down again after your system starts back up.

If this solution didn't work, try this:

Open MSConfig by clicking Start > Run... and then type "msconfig". Press enter.

Click the Startup tab, and then look for a startup item called NMBgMonitor. If you find this item, uncheck it and then click Apply > OK and restart your machine.

Try shutting down again after your system starts back up.
