Hey everyone, I'm currently trying to get both my PS3 and PC fully usuable through one LCD monitor. I haven't ever tried to hook up a console to a PC monitor before so I'm not sure if I'm missing anything. If you guys think of something better to replace the listed stuff below then please let me know. This is what I have thought of so far.

The problem is that I want to be able to hook up my PS3 to it through the HDMI slot that it has while my PC stays hooked up to it's DVI slot.

Then for the sound for my PS3 I am going to get this cable-> http://www.cablestogo.com/product.asp?cat_id=2009&sku=40425
and then this adapter for my PC speakers to plug into-> http://www.cablestogo.com/product.asp?cat_id=102&sku=03170
After all of that I'm wondering if I'll be missing anything to get the whole package working. One thing I'm not sure about is how to easily tell my monitor what I want to show, my PS3 or my PC. I can have both of the cables plugged in the back all of the time but what do I do to switch between my PC screen or my PS3 screen? I know TV's have a nice button on the remote to easily switch between console's and shows but I have no clue about LCD monitor options.
