  1. Hi all,

Ive got a problem which I really need help with quickly....

I have RAID 1 setup for my windows install etc and RAID 5 for data. The Raid 1 is running from the onboard nvidia controller and the raid 5 is running from the onboard sil3114 controller.

For some reason I can not boot into windows and its giving me this error:
    "
Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem.
Could not read from the selected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware.
Please check the Windows documentation about hardware disk configuration and your hardware reference manuals for additional information."

Before you say about the other thread, I have tried it, and all the things on the microsoft site. Also tried repairing it with the windows xp cd, it went through the install ok, and when it came round to restarting, it did the same thing.

    Could someone please help.

    Thanks in advance
