XFX accidentally confirms AMD Radeon R9 390X is a rebrand

Until you can actually PROVE that "many" people are gaming at 4k, I suggest you stop posting... All the PROOF right now states that it's an insignificant %...
Lol.
Gaming at 4K is one thing, the overall sales of 4K monitors and HDTV's is another.
Forums are loaded with 4K gamers, its growing quickly. Its no longer niche, haters who can't afford it call it that.

In 2014, only 1% of all U.S homes had a 4K TV, so far in 2015, that percentage is seeing very fast growth and other studies have predicted a fivefold increase in 4K television sales for the current years end, from just under 1 million units sold to about 5 or 6 million by the end of 2015.

The few dozens or so people you see on "forums" who play games at 4K are entirely, completely insignificant compared to the 125 million users Steam alone has. You really have no clue how statistics work, do you?
By the end of next year/2016, the number of people gaming at 4K will have doubled/tripled and it will by anything but niche or small.
Oh, so it will have tripled to 0.18% usage instead of the 0.06% it is at now? That is SO much better, totally not small or niche at all!

Steam is all knowing, all powerful!
Hahaha.

Steam has statistics made from 125 million samples.
You have one anecdote where you allegedly go in the internet and see some people who play in 4K.
It's absolutely hilarious that you think you have any chance of arguing here. If fact, I'm much more inclined to think that at this point you're just trolling. Nobody is this dense.

Hundreds on several forums lately.
You are so eager to say no one is gaming at 4K because of a Steam result, its pretty amusing.

There is no argument about todays 4K sales and use, its everywhere and growing.
It's also been out for quite some time.
It's nice to see pretty much all review sites including 4K results now.

I'm much more inclined to think that at this point you're just trolling.
You took the bait dont look at me, and your argument was mediocore anyways.
There are hundreds in groups on forums compared to dozens now, 4K monitors are everywhere. Saying its niche is an inaccurate label at this point is all I've said, I've enjoyed having some fun what can I say.

Nobody is this dense.
.
'Guests' are, which is why I mess with them.
You have the floor good sir, I won't be back to check on this on I've had my fun.

You have yet to give ANY evidence backing up your argument...!
My statement that 4K is not niche is true, it is expensive.
There really is no reason for anyone to get so upset over something so silly.

His argument had sources... yours is just spouted out of your @ss... You say you think Steam is a bad source... I gave you another one - which backed his source up... You have yet to give ANY evidence backing up your argument...

You've already admitted you're trolling - I'm unsure as to why a moderator hasn't suspended your account... If you're going to argue crappily, at least use some witty comments to entertain us!

On the other hand, it's amazing how AMD can still be competitive with the same GPUs all these years.
Great Point. But I still find it deceiving when you think you are buying Brand New technology for a premium only to be ripped off with a Re-Branding.

I'll never touch a Nvidia again, so hopefully these new Radeon perform well. :)

With less than 30% market share and a continual decline, I wouldn't use the word "competitive"....more like compromising on price to gain/keep consumers. their strategy isn't sustainable and will lead to bankruptcy.
So you are saying like AMD should charge 200% above of what we actually get like Intel?? I used and still using different NVIDIA and AMD GPUs, well they are on par. One is not literally better than other. And both of them are doing the exact same thing. Get ur points right and do R&D before posting anything.

What reference are you using to draw a conclusion that Intel is charging 200% above what their products are worth. I do believe if that was the case, I would not be using Intel and neither would anyone else. AMD is not going to market their product with such a large margin of loss.
