Xilisoft programs trustworthy?

Hey everyone. I'm new to this site, so forgive if I'm posting this in the wrong section. I was wondering if anyone has ever used Xilisoft software? They mostly make video and audio converter software. I was pretty interested in the youtube to mp3 program they have since it's free now (they just recently made it free). I'm just a little wary, because some reviews say good things, others say they had to install a toolbar and all the other crap. Any experience with this at all? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Read carefully and uncheck the install toolbar option when you run the installer.
