Hi,

My PC has been freezing several times a week and today it failed to start during booting up.

Machine started and I then saw a pixilated screen (could just make out the blue start up logo from XP in the back ground.

Then received a blue screen with the following message:

STOP: C00000139 {ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND} the procedure entry point createsolidbrush could not be located in the dynamic 1 link library GDI32.dll

I am running on the following:

Windows XP SP2 Home Edition
Version 2002
AMD Athlon CP 2600+
1.91 GHz, 704 MB of RAM

Can anyone suggestion anything?

I have the same exact trouble with my notebook. I wondwering if you eventually fixed the problem? If you did I would be really grateful if you could pass on what the solution was.

In order to help you we need you to attach your minidumps to your next post.

How to Find Your Minidumps:

My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump files.

* It is the files we need need, not the whole folder.

* You'll see at the bottom of the reply screen Additional Options and under that "Manage Attachments"

Thanks for the info but unfortunately I do not have access to anything on my computer. I can't boot up windows
