XP Home Edition - Lost Disc - Wanting to do a complete Reinstall

Is there a good way to go about reinstalling a copy of XP Home Edition that I no longer have the disc for? Ie, is there a way to pull the installation code out of my system and (possibly) download the software?

This is a legit copy of XP Home Edition and I want to keep it this way, but I need a fresh installation that doesn't crash every 5 minutes.
