  1. Am running Xp Home edition and for some reason when I try to Ctrl-Alt Del, it says the system administrator won't allow it. I have done nothing with the settings and am the only user on the computer. (I AM the system administrator)
The computer also locks up ALL the time. RAM problems? Thanks!

also check what programs are initiating when you start up your comp. norton system works 2006 has a utility for this. you can prevent programs from running on start-up, ie. a virus. there are others ways to check and manipulate the start-up programs, but i can't remember how to do it. sorry.
