XP Pro admin pass lost

Ive searched just about everywere and tried just about everything ..
i have a dell latitude d400 laptop and have lost the admin password
guest account is disabled, and only account was admin. cannot acces dos or nothing.

this laptop does not have any drives installed so an option for format or reinstalling os cannot be done, i am just wondering if there is any other way round getting round this. all help would be appreciated

Is it the admin pass to get into windows or into the system (bios)?

both because ive tried geting into bios no luck

does it give you a serial number when it asks for a password, It will have your service tag in it and will end most of the time with 595B.
