XP PRO SP2 - BSOD - 0xD1 - debuglog attached

I reinstalled XP Pro on a new hard drive as well as all 3rd party software.

The BSOD happens randomly, but I have noticed it does occur more often when I am trying to use Microsofts update page.

Any help to troubleshoot this driver issue is greatly appreciated!

Well, it just crashed on me again. So instead of sending the debug log, I've attached the past couple minidumps.

Hope some one can help me, really don't want to start over!!

Please let me know what you think.

Your windows install logitech USB Camera and your version may have software problem. Stop using USB Camera. If the problem does not occur, the USB Camera is the culprit.

cpc2004 - thanks for taking the time to look at this! I've uninstalled the driver and all s/w related to the camera. So far so good!

Can you help me understand how you narrowed it down to the camera?
