XP Shutdown... no go.

    When trying to shutdown or restart windows xp nothing happens. I remain on the desktop and operate as normal. I just updated to service pack 2 hoping that it would fix this problem but that was not the case. :blackeye:

    There's a lot of things that can cause this. This document goes into some detail about how to fix these types of problems.
