xp system tray (don't worry, no missing icons :)

    Greetings everybody!

    I'm used to having the taskbar on the right or the left side of the screen, quicklaunch having one column and system tray having two. Not knowing the reason or the solution, the system tray shrinked to one column today (and really cramped the whole taskbar).
    I've had my taskbar in a vertical position for almost a year now and this is the second or third time this problem occured, the only solution was a clean install (which lasted for a couple of months)

    Anything I can do to bring back my two-column-system-tray?
