XP won't startup!

  1. Hi there!...my mom's computer keeps going to a black page that says:

    Safe Mode
    Safe Mode with Networking
    Safe Mode with Command Prompt
    Last known good configuration
    Start Windows normally

No matter what option I choose when the windows XP page shows up, it freezes. I have opened up the CPU and checked all connections and blew air to remove any dust (not must dust at all!!) made sure memory was seated properly. The computer is only 2 years old!! The one time I was able to get into safe mode, I checked in the device manager for any errors, but found none!!! No errors showing in CMOS either!!

Any suggestions??? B4 I throw her computer out the window????

    Thanks in advance!!

Try to run MemTest to verify your RAM memories. Regards ;)
