Your computer is infected message

Had a program Magicantispy. 2.1 installed somehow on this computer, and now I keep getting the message you computer is infected and a Red circle with a white cross in it. I deleted the Magicantispy.exe files but still keep getting the error message and the red circle is still in the lower right hand corner. Please advise

Use the following 3 anti-spyware utilities:

• Ad-Aware 2007
• Spybot Search & Destroy
• AVG Anti-Spyware

All are free and can be downloaded over the Internet.

The trouble is, there may still be remnants after removal by the suggested utilities.

Please do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/spyware/malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, ComboFix, and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above. Also post here the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
