zone alarm affect MSN

    currently i'm using zone alarm,the problem was when my MSN when i typing message once i hit enter then MSN auto disconnect.
    i knew it was cause by zone alarm on configuration, but i dont know how to configure it. could anyone tell me the solution thanks.

    anyone knows?

    Try another firewall like Comodo or even the new Windows XP/Vista firewall. Are you running XP, SP2 fully updated using Microsoft Update service?
