Outlook

  • Shared Mailboxes: You can now open a shared mailbox if you only have access to contacts or calendar.
  • Calendar: Teams users can now click on the chat button for a Teams Meeting right from Outlook.
  • ToDo: Microsoft To Do is now available in Outlook Mac for supported commercial Microsoft 365 accounts.
  • Mail: Added support to show the reading pane in the right when user selects column view aka single line view.
  • People: Contact lists are now available in the People module. You can create contact lists and address your lists in emails. Note that this feature is being rolled out gradually and may not be immediately available.

Resolved issues

Excel

  • We fixed an issue in Excel Mac wherein AutoFilter does not show "Blanks" options when there are >10,000 unique values and a "Blank" cell is present in the first 10000 unique values.

Outlook

  • Mail: Fixed an issue where users were not able to add accounts that were assigned E1 or A1 license.
  • Mail: Fixed an issue where a space in the display name of a mailto: link would result in an invalid email address.
  • SMIME: Fixed an issue where removing sensitivity label does not trigger justification prompt.
  • Performance: Fixed a scenario that may cause high CPU after Outlook is launched.
