The map recreates the complex in Abottabad, Pakistan where Osama bin Laden was hiding until the time of his death. The file is called fy_abbottabad and to install it you have to extract the rar file downloaded here in your ../cstrike/maps/ folder.
Currently, the creation is a general purpose multiplayer map based on the known dimensions of bin Laden's compound. The map's creator, who goes by the name of Fletch, says it may one day be used as a base for a bomb or hostage map. Fletch also notes that he will add a 3D skybox when and if he has the time.
