Update your Hercules 3D Prophet 9700 video card with the latest drivers.

Note: Please make sure to uninstall your previous drivers before launching this update.

For that, go in Windows Control panel, enter in "Add/Remove Programms". Then uninstall "ATI/Hercules Control Panel" first. Don't reboot when prompted. Then uninstall "ATI Display Drivers" or "3D Prophet RADEON Series" and reboot when prompted.
