Release notes:

Do NOT upgrade firmware on any D-Link product over a wireless connection.
Failure of the device may result. Use only hard-wired network connections.

What's New:

Disable UNII2 bands due to FCC DFS2 regulation.
Fix the disconnection issue between DGL-3420 and DIR-655 in WPA-PSK TKIP.
Fix security shown in site survey table when base station is set to WPA-PSK.
Change default settings in 802.11a: default channel set to 48; dynamic turbo default channel set to 48.
