Intel PROSet Network Adapter Driver 16.4 for Windows 32-bit
This release includes software and drivers for Intel(R) PRO/100, Intel(R) PRO/1000, and Intel(R) PRO/10GbE adapters and integrated network connections.
You do not need to download a separate file for each Intel network adapter. Each file includes drivers for multiple adapters including 10/100, gigabit, and 10 Gigabit adapters. This download includes diagnostics. Separate downloads are available for the User Guides and other features. This software may also apply to Intel® Ethernet controllers. Support for built-in network connections is provided by the system or board manufacturer.
The software drivers provided on this page are generic versions, and can be used for general purposes. However, computer original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the software or software packaging they provide. To avoid any potential installation incompatibilities on your OEM system, Intel recommends that you check with your OEM and use the software provided via your system manufacturer. Intel or the computer original equipment manufacturer (OEM) may not provide technical support for some or all issues that could arise from the usage of this generic version of software drivers.
This CD does not contain software or drivers for Microsoft Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 95, Windows Me, or IBM OS/2. The most recent software and drivers for these operating systems can be found on the Intel Customer Support website at http://support.intel.com/support/network/sb/cs-016238.htm.
Note: Before proceeding with your driver installation we suggest you make sure you are installing the latest version available and for the appropriate model/revision and Operating System. We strongly suggest following 'readme' instructions for installing drivers when available. Often restarting your system will be necessary for the new driver to become active and start functioning properly.
