Release notes:

Apple MacBook Pro EFI Firmware will update the EFI firmware on your Apple laptop computer. When it restarts, a gray screen will appear with a status bar to indicate the progress of the update.

It will take several minutes for the update to complete. Do not disturb or shut off the power during this update.

What's New:

This update improves the reliability of booting from the network, addresses an issue that can prevent HDCP authentication after a reboot, and resolves an issue with boot device selection when a USB storage device is hot-plugged.

Note: Before proceeding with your driver installation we suggest you make sure you are installing the latest version available and for the appropriate model/revision and Operating System. We strongly suggest following 'readme' instructions for installing drivers when available. Often restarting your system will be necessary for the new driver to become active and start functioning properly.
