Desbloquee los archivos que no puede eliminar.

Sirve para eliminar todos esos archivos que aparentemente no pueden ser eliminados por razones como las siguientes:

No se puede eliminar el archivo: Acceso negado
Ha habido una violación compartida.
El archivo de origen o destino puede estar en uso.
El archivo esta siendo usado por otro programa o usuario.
Cerciórese de que el disco no este lleno o protegido contra escritura y que el archivo no este actualmente en uso.
