Hola a todos. Estoy tratando de conectar mi laptop a un Motorola sbv5121 que es cable modem. Mi laptop tiene Windows Vista Starter y al hacer la conexion con el cable de red se demora un buen tiempo identificando la red para luego decir "Red no identificada". Si la hago un IPconfig en la puerta de enlace no aparece nada. El modem no es porque ahora esta conectado en una windows XP y funciona. Tampoco creo que sea la tarjeta de red porque con otros modems funciona perfectamente. No sé que hacer. Pensaba en forzarles las IP pero en la computadora XP aparece en el IPConfig una direccion IP de argentina pero no aparece el la IP del modem. No entiendo nada . Agradecería muchísmo una ayuda .
