lol. I take it that someone either messed up the server or I have an UBER PC. Part 9 downloaded at 90kb/s. Part 20 at first was 5000kb/s but I didn't SC it, but I caught This one.

I think some cable providers are pretty much allowing maximum available speed(not capped at the normal dl speed) on files less than say 100MB. This is even better in areas where you have few other people using cable internet. Some browsers(or add ons for browsers) go ahead and start downloading links on a page, so that if you click them they are already downloaded, or partially downloaded to save time. This will mess up speed indicators for downloads, because you might have half of a file already downloaded before clicking "save," so the download box thinks you just downloaded a large amount instantly, giving insane download speed measurements. Or you could just have an insanely fast connection to begin with.

Like I said that was the second time I ever downloaded that file, the first time was like 5000kb/s but I RARELY see this, and My connection is only uploading is 374.86Kb/s and downloading is 1.41Mb/s. I have road runner. I wish I could have something faster. Oh and I got a screen shot with me downloading at 5007kb/s if you would like to see it, and its on EVGA download driver support.
