Major DRAM makers could face legal charges

[COLOR=#1951B9]A document released by the Federal Trade Commission late Wednesday could add weight to accusations that some dynamic RAM manufacturers may have conspired to fix prices during 2001.[/COLOR]

The three big names in the DRAM market: Infineon, Samsumg and Micron are going through investigations from both the Federal Trade Commission & the U.S. Department of Justice for cartel-like behaviour during a period between 2001 and 2002.
