Juicy Microsoft Gossip

Well MS is always saying that it has no plans to try to conquer the enterprise ERP market, but some of the stuff in the Oracle trial seems to indicate otherwise. Microsoft could be trying to bail out and take over PeopleSoft, in other to bring out - perhaps - a future Microsoft product that competes openly with Oracle for its market. More here.

There's also a Windows XP Starter Edition, apparently. Although I don't think its anything to get excited about other than a stripped down version of XP.

And, of course, the Microsoft / Linux battles continue...
