Intel has released a new member of the Pentium M family. The Pentium M model 765 runs clocks in at 2.10GHz and has a 2MB cache, 400MHz system bus and other enhancements. This chip is built on the new 90-nanometer manufacturing process, and is priced at $637 apiece in 1,000-unit quantities, if you fancy buying that many (probably some geek here will!) This new model replaces the Pentium M 755, which runs at 2GHz and contains 2MB of cache, as the top chip in the line Pentium M.
