Microsoft sued over Xbox's DVD drive

An angry console owner has filed a suit against Microsoft in LA courts, on behalf of all Xbox owners across the United States, claiming there are defective Xbox units whose DVD players stop working before a year of use. The suit seeks for damages, restitution and various other costs and fees.
