HP sues firms

By Derek Sooman on March 29, 2005, 3:00 PM
HP might be blaming ink cartridge issues on its cartridge companies InkCycle and Rhinotek. InkCycle for infringing on HP patents in the cartridges it uses, and Rhinotek for misleading customers in to thinking its ink cartridges are new when in fact they arenít. HP has begun legal proceedings against the two firms.
