HP sues firms

HP might be blaming ink cartridge issues on its cartridge companies InkCycle and Rhinotek. InkCycle for infringing on HP patents in the cartridges it uses, and Rhinotek for misleading customers in to thinking its ink cartridges are new when in fact they aren’t. HP has begun legal proceedings against the two firms.

  1. What a coincidence that this comes just a few short months after HP was sued over their ink carts prematurely expiring (Which is still in the courts.)
