Sapphire is to launch a X800XL card with 512MB! Now you can push Doom III to its limits! The new card will use a PCIe 16x slot, and has 6 pipelines and six vertex Shader units, as well as Dual DVI and VIVO port for your connectivity. There is a TRIXX overclocking tool included for all of you performance hounds, as well as a choice of games or software bundles.

The Radeon X800XL 512MB will be available in May in the US. Prices are rumoured to be around $449.
