Looks like Gran Turismo 5 is due in 2007, and is promising a whole new level of gaming experience. Kazunori Yamauchi, boss of developer Polyphony Digital, claims that the game has something like 100 times more detail than its predecessor, Gran Turismo 4. Preview copies of the game should be available some time in the coming year. Meanwhile, GT 4 is set to appear for the PSP platform soon, so look out for it there.
