A certain Hedgehog will be back in force when Sony releases a brand new version of Sonic sometime in 2006. Headed for Xbox 360 and PS3, the updated version of the game is being developed by Yuji Naka, who helped create the original Sonic the Hedgehog game, back in 1991. Promising nothing less than "the most intense sensation of speed ever experience in videogames," new Sonic will join a blitz of games Sony is developing for these new games platforms. Sony promised that Sonic would push the processing and graphical power of the next generation consoles.

  2. thank you for clearing that up. its makes sense to me now.
