Keen to show it can Blog with the best of them, even with Yahoo, Google has launched a Blog search feature. Seemingly, the feature can find listings beyond those published through its own Blogger.com service by searching Blogs that publish feeds via RSS or Atom. Additional features are promised in the not so distant future, including the ability to allow Bloggers who publish site feeds to request inclusion in Google's search index. The tool can find Blogs including those in Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

The tool can be accessed at Blogsearch.google.com, at Search.blogger.com, as well as through the Blogger.com Dashboard and the "Navbar" of any Google BlogSpot Blog, Google said on its site.
