Yahoo has announced it will double the price of its online music subscription service for MP3 players. The service currently costs $6.99, but will be increased to $11.99 starting November 1. Even with the increase in price, Yahoo's music service will still be cheaper than similar competing services such as Napster and RealNetworks' Rhapsody, both charge ~$15 per month.
