Samsung to compete with iTunes

The most popular music software package suite and site around, iTunes, has met with great success almost from day one, and is still advancing. Recently, it celebrated over one million videos downloaded. Not much has stood up to it, but Samsung wants to try. The IT giant, working with several other companies, is designing a suite to go along with its media players to (potentially) challenge Apple, where currently the only places Samsung has competed in the media market was with places that iTunes and other like products weren't readily available.

Samsung is in a great position to actually challenge Apple in this market, seeing as they can't lose. Samsung's memory chips are found in many media devices, including several that Apple themselves release. No details on when the online store will open, or on how they plan to compete with Apple.
